The box was sturdy overall, but one corner still ended up a bit smashed. Not a huge deal, though it felt like something that was probably avoidable with a little extra padding.

I was already a little skeptical about ordering chilled items online, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. My order showed up barely cold, the ice packs were totally melted, and the inside of the box was kind of wet. For food that’s supposed to stay properly chilled, that just doesn’t make me feel confident at all. Really disappointing, especially for the price.

I reached out to them the other day while I was trying to get a few things done before lunch, and they helped me really quickly. The person I talked to was super nice about everything, which made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected.
